1. Order Processing
– Orders placed Usually takes [3-7 working days]. Orders with preordered products will be processed according to its availability period plus shipping days.
– Once your order has been processed and handed to our courier, it is considered shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Destinations
– We currently deliver to addresses within Egypt only
– Shipping is handled via [various local companies or our in-house delivery team for Cairo/Giza].
– Standard shipping: [e.g., 1–3 business days] within Cairo & Giza, [e.g., 4–7 business days] to other governorates.
– If you are located in a remote or rural area, delivery may take longer; we will notify you if delays arise.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
– Flat rate shipping: start from 50 EGP inside Cairo and up to 100 EGP for bulky orders, for other cities start from 60 EGP to 400 EGP according to city and order weight.
– Free shipping for orders right now according to offers and seasons (within Egypt).
4. Transit Time Estimates
– After dispatch, shipping within Egypt typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
– Please note that these are estimates and external factors (courier delays, customs, holidays) may affect delivery times.
5. Tracking & Notifications
– Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS/call with your order info.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages / Order Issues
– If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within [2] days so we can file a claim with the courier. We may ask for photos of the damaged items.

– We currently do not ship to outside Egypt.

8. Customs & Import Duties (for international shipments)
– For international orders: import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may be incurred upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient. (Not available right now!)
9. Modifications & Cancellations
– If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at WhatsApp first or email — once the order has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
